Adv. Sagit Bederman coordinates the field of Civil law, Commercial law and Defamation lawsuits.
Over the years, Adv. Sagit Bederman has represented large and small cases in the field of civil and commercial law, believing that the role of the lawyer is a public mission. Adv. Sagit Bederman shows a personal commitment at the highest level, in every case, regardless of workload, complexity or the amounts discussed in it.
Together with the team she believes in, Adv. Sagit Bederman, invests most of her resources, uncompromisingly, for the benefit of the client’s interest. Adv. Bederman has accompanied and keeps providing the service to commercial companies also outside the Court.

In the areas for which Adv. Sagit Bederman is responsible at Niv, Bederman & Co., Lawyers, Notary and Mediation, she regularly accompanies businesses, freelancers, companies and associations, from the founding and establishment stage, with ongoing support that includes legal advice, drafting various agreements (operating agreements , Construction agreements, service agreements, loan agreements, etc.), building long-term legal policy and strategy according to law, conducting legal proceedings and filing debt claims against suppliers and customers, up to the stage of closing the business, by self-imposed dissolution of a company or involuntary liquidation (through the court).

Adv. Sagit Bederman’s litigation skills have promoted many successes in all courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings and participation in numerous mediation sessions.
At the civil level, Adv. Bederman accompanies many private clients in defamation and privacy protection claims, construction defect claims, representation of creditors before debtors in collection proceedings and debt settlements. As well, as part of her duties at the Bar Association, Adv. Bederman is responsible for concentrating and forming seminars and conferences in various fields, including lectures on behalf of the Bar in the legal fields in which she is proficient.

Adv. Yuval Niv coordinates the field of Labor law, Family law and Tort law, and operates an impressive team that is knowledgeable in these areas.

Over the years, Adv. Yuval Niv has represented the positions of insurance companies in many and varied lawsuits. The vast experience he has gained in working with the companies and the in-depth knowledge of the nature of their activities, bring a significant advantage to tort cases.

Nowadays, Adv. Yuval Niv represents the clients’ positions vis-à-vis insurance companies. In addition to this, Adv. Yuval Niv has extensive experience and knowledge in the medical field, both as part of his activities at Magen David Adom and by virtue of his education holding a bachelor’s degree in X-ray and imaging with the consent of the Ministry of Health.

The combination of legal knowledge along with the extensive medical knowledge he has accumulated over the many years is an added value to any case involving body injuries or medical malpractice handled by him in at Niv, Bederman & Co., Lawyers, Notary and Mediation.

Adv. Yuval Niv also deals with representation in many cases in the field of work accidents and other lawsuits against employers in order to protect the employee’s rights, including lawsuits involving wage withholding, severance pay, unlawful dismissal, escorting hearings, etc. Adv. Yuval Niv has helped and is helping many workers in Israel to exercise their rights in front of employers who evade it.

Adv. Yuval Niv also provides representation in many cases in the field of Work accidents and other lawsuits against employers, in order to protect the employee’s rights. Among including lawsuits involving wage withholding, severance pay, unlawful dismissal, attending hearings, etc.
