Volunteer activity and contribution to the community

We see ourselves as committed to volunteering for the community, for the sake of the weak, in various volunteer projects from time to time, as well as part of regular projects.
Therefore, the law firm of Niv, Bederman & Co., Lawyers, Notary and Mediation, provides legal service at a negligible cost or on a full-time basis to individuals who are unable to obtain legal service, and who have found their life circumstances to justify pro-bono activity.
Adv. Sagit Bederman provides ongoing power of attorney services to the community of senior citizens who find it difficult to pay for the service, on a voluntary basis, and appears to provide this service in the Custodian General Registry.
The voluntary activities of Niv, Bederman & Co., Lawyers, Notary and Mediation are also provided for the community of lawyers. Adv. Sagit Bederman also known as a mentor in the “Compass” program – the Central District Mentoring Program at the Bar Association.
In addition, since 2019, Adv. Sagit Bederman has served as the (joint) chair of the Central District Arbitration Committee, the Bar Association.

Another contribution we make to the community is not just in the field of law.
Adv. Yuval Niv has donated and continues to donate his time and energy through volunteering at MADA and assisting those who do not have legal representation in bureaucracy in various disability claims before the Social Security Agency.
